What is the requirement for display of my address?
The owner or occupant of every house, building or location shall display and maintain a properly assigned address number in a conspicuous place visible from the street. Address numbers shall be at least three (3) inches high and shall be of a contrasting color to the background. This is especially important for identifying locations in the event of an emergency. If you are not sure of your address contact the Police Department E-911 Addressing/Division Coordinator at 361-777-4705.
