2022 PORTLAND STATE OF THE CITY: "THRIVING"
Portland Mayor Cathy Skurow delivered the 2022 State of the City address on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at the Portland Community Center. She addressed many aspects of our past, present and future of Portland. For example, the City of Portland was the Land of Possibilities for many years. Portland leadership and staff have worked diligently to ensure the possibilities were recognized and executed with the mission of Building Community and Raising Families.
